Slow the $$$ spread. Vsp will be 2025 books. Other in 2026. What was the vibe after the quarterly executive update meeting?

Not only will layoffs happen but the decision to go back to mandatory work in the office on every work day will be announced. At this point people who didn’t take the VSP will really regret it.

Salaries saving are just a speed bump in Oxy's life of debt. This is just to appease the shareholders to appear that VH is right sizing the workforce. Running the old ones off just decreases the knowledge pool in the hallway, nothing else.

The VSP should give significant savings down the road because of the high salaries for those over 60. There will not be layoffs until year end results are out and are dependent on what global oil prices do in the first few months of next year.

VH has never done mass layoffs before and even if she was about to start the timing a week before Christmas is not her style. Nice try troll.
