The email subtly hints at more layoffs. It clearly states road ahead will be filled with confusion and what not. any thoughts? Or did everyone even get it?

Yael laid off 78 people on Thanksgiving week in 2020, during the pandemic.
77 of those were above age 30.
76 were above age 40.
Yael has no empathy when he cuts jobs during Thanksgiving week to make up for his own failed leadership.
@en what’s crazy is that tech leaders at that level don’t last more than 2 years on average. Pushing 10 and not delivering is something I haven’t seen elsewhere.
@en Yeah. Yael just making sure Yael has a good thanksgiving.
Yael and Jim have been a total failure, just look at the last 5 years... These two are getting promoted for failures while everyone else gets laid off. I've been at KTD for 15 years, the writing is on the wall.
@ad Sounds like he accidentally told the truth in sentence of that long mess of gobbeldy go-k
@a5 There is literally this line in the email: The journey we have been on and the journey ahead of us will not necessarily be easy and will come with its share of doubt and confusion.
Don’t you think it clearly indicates a layoff coming soon?
It says nothing about confusion. I think you have read too much into it.
