Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Who is Frank Kos*d*

I want to revisit a question someone once posed: Who is/was Frank Kosd??

The rumor is that he was one of Frankservs buddies and got installed as an EVP with next to nothing in experience.

His linkedin confirmed this with really no previous roles listed, which is odd for someone who is an EVP at a major company.

Now I don’t even see him in Workday, and I saw him there as recent as last week…. was he freshly let go as of this week?

I’m surprised he continued for this long after Bisig left… it was always bizzare that he didn’t have any profile pictures anywhere, considering his level with the company.

Can anyone confirm he’s a real person?

Guys we found Kosudas burner… Hey Bozo, might want to update your linkedin if you’ve been gone for “months”

@OP kind of creepy you are looking him up in workday still or even thinking about him. What a bizzare rando post. The guy has been gone for 2 months and is probably better off.

FB had some questionable hires. Talk about no experience. Presidents of banks don’t make qualified tech company CEOs. Kasuda was real and pretty talented. He built and sold 2 or 3 companies. Pretty cool story but not sure how he fit in at this place.

I was told through a reliable source he met FB while selling some large commercial/ industrial lighting- manufacturing group to a public company. He had a big win fall and FB fell in love with this. I met him once. Nothing negative to say but he’s been gone for a couple months I think.

I believe I would run into him at the Lifetime Fitness in the mornings. Seemed to be 1 of the guys cozy with FB as he mentioned he got the job through him. All very strange, and I'm sure there is more that we unaware of. A lot of strange things in this tale of 2 cities. 1 group is cozy with FB and do whatever they want, not expected to produce any work; and then you have the gen pop where everything is scrutinized.

Not to mention the young Fiserv employee working at Lifetime Fitness as a "gym trainer" when normally the new-hires/interns are supposed to be at work. The same person that pretended to vape in the same elevator I was in at Fiserv. All very strange.
