Some years 0%, some years 3%, but the rolling average over the last 5 years averages to about 2.5% a year. This is with a “meets” rating for each of those years.

I got a 15% raise once but that was back in 2003 or so and I was an accounting clerk making $25,000 per year. So percentage wise it was big but wasn't a huge hit to the PL statement

I did get a promo after I went to hr and complained that I was underpaid and doing work of high ups. Even after promo hr came back following year to say I was underpaid. I think it was about 20% total.
