I attended his OpenMic and he stated he will abolish the 5-day RTO policy. We will go back to hybrid mode with 5 office days and 2 remote/home days. That is a win-win situation for the company and dedicated employees. Peace ya'll and Merry Christmas 🧑🎄
Stankey will retire at next Quarterly investors call.. the bigger question is who is the next ceo
He seemed either completely checked out or like he’s lost a step. He looked old and tired up there. But I guess that’s what you get when you have a gran-aged CEO. We need to get younger and that starts at the top.
Don’t know because I don’t listen to that nonsense anymore but I am guessing maybe something along the lines of “…I detest all of you and if I could simply fire you all at once, I would. In the meantime I would encourage any of you, at any stage of life, to just quit. I mean, can’t you take a hint? Happy Holidays and GFY. Also, bonuses will be paltry because of market based yadda yadda. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
