@ch you can blame Athina for the bs with S&T. I’ve rolled under S&T for 5 years and it gets worse by the day. Jim Lee was SO much better. Kinder, and overall just a good human. Athina has 1 goal. To look as good as she can.

S&T has ruined this company to its bone! Frankly I cannot feel sorry for any roles eliminated across S&T. personally Im focusing on finding a new employment elsewhere regardless if I’d be impacted by next week layoffs or not!
Layoffs confirmed by a senior leader at my plant that has majority experience in the corporate offices. They said it will impact a lot of corporate positions & may also impact some field roles. They said it’ll happen end of this week early next so brace yourselves! They’re blaming it on the merge but we all know they’re out sourcing roles to Mexico etc

Coming off of holiday week where our team was off Thursday and Friday. We were just told to take off this Friday as well for a “relaxation day”. Team of 200+. Pretty much a guarantee something is happening the 8th unless the incompetent leaders driving the ship are even d-mber than we think. This organization has to be blown up long overdue. Scary part is the same fools that led us down this path might be the same ones that are trying to fix it. It will be another disaster. @OP
