No help here either. We are told to fill, fill the shelves and displays. Worked faster!!
Stay in the time (which is never enough!) for 300 cases… 🤣
Then the heavy people come from the offices to tell us what all we’re doing wrong YET,
they couldn’t move very quick at throwing cases being so heavy!!

I’m in the Chicago suburbs and I haven’t seen my rms in months. She won’t pick up her phone to call or text so we all feel like we are on our own. She is on pto this coming week but it doesn’t matter because she is always MIA
I remember running into my DM at one of my stores shopping at like 11 am on Thursday. She was dressed like she just rolled out of bed in sweat pants.
They sit at home and forward a couple emails every morning and then go back to bed
No merch help from our account manager either.
I was wondering about that. I was at Kroger and they had all hands on deck with people from the general office helping bag groceries. Way it should be! Our DM would call from the bar at 9 pm, at quarter close, after late trucks etc , to see how we were doing. Unbelievable! Not one single member of management out in our area, zero! Says a lot!
Everyone that’s an RMS and up has been off all week who are you kidding! They had a lot of “work”to do at home emailing all the same useless info and looking at ideploy for hours on end.
