They are handing over big money we asked for so we took the deal and got wasted last night.
Y’all got a fu--ing pension? Maybe those of us in the south need to unionize. We go help them during strikes and y’all get pensions and big pay ups? That’s some sh-t. We need to unionize down here.

Our union says the USF Veep negotiator is a bad negotiator and always bends and gives in when we fight. I bought a snowmobile suit and snow boots and am ready to go. The wife bought me some expensive walking shoes for my gift. They feel like walking on clouds. We all told our union rep if they don’t give us all we asked for and deserve at their next talks, we want to strike. He didnt want to do it on the holidays and we waited. We are ready to go now. They didn't offer enough. We may be spending the holidays on strike. There are some of us saying to keep talking until after the holidays and then strike but most of us want to hit them now cause we know it will hurt their a-s more to do it when our customers need it more and force them to give the fu-k up. GO FOR MORE 554! We can spend the next two weeks on the picket line. Our wifes are saying they will bring us special meals they will make and bring to all of us. Let's fu--ing go!
They are giving us more each time they talk to our reps. They aren't close but they will get there.
They are bending and bringing better offers so we may work with these men. They aren't even close to what we want so it still ain't pretty but they flinched so we will bend some but not much. We want our fu--ing money! Some of us from work went to the bar tonight to talk and are done drinking. I am going to sleep now and will wait to see what they talk about and what they decide tomorrow to learn if we are walking out tomorrow or not.

Bring in the teamsters. You will be happy you did and your families deserve it. If you have a small union, they are just taking u in dues and you ain’t getting what you deserve. It does make a big difference.
We don’t have a big union. We have a small one here in Jackson but they don’t be fighting like y’all’s do. Is teamsters doing all of the other us foods places? Should we change? After reading all these messages, I think we needs better reps and I can talk to my Stuart’s here to start that. What do y’all think?

Be strong Teamsters 554! Your brothers inside USF are 100 percent behind you. Don't bend! When they see that you will strike and close to the holidays, they will give you everything. They don't want to lose money close to the holiday and they don't want to go to nebraska and help during a strike. Outside non-union employees won't want to work a strike during the holiday either so you hold all of the cards. Fight on because if they see you bend, you will never get what you want again.
