Every time I look around, it feels like leadership keeps growing while the people doing the real work get ignored. The folks out in the field carry the weight and never get the credit. Meanwhile the top keeps collecting massive paychecks without seeing what is actually happening. How's that fair?

“The firm”……JFC these union people are a gas!!
Field techs foe ACE, AFO, BFS, CNIO are the lifeblood of our firm, PERIOD!
Close all stores and fire the low iq people that stand around doing nothing. Digital is the new store.

Yes, I agree with that but I also agree that the non executives in the offices also carry the weight and also don't get the credit. And there's fewer and fewer of them also each month. The only group not shriking are those getting the massive paychecks and those are the ones who are a problem.

That's how you know you work for a sh---y company.
It’s not , now majority of field workers have been made redundant, there’s too many chiefs trying to grasp senior roles with no one to lead or do the real work .
