Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Is anyone working in HR? Or have they switched off the lights.

No one is answering any HR cases wondering if they have joined the Networks Strike or ignoring any queries. This will leave them open court cases if something isn't done soon, wonder why Jen Ragone got an award for poor delivery.

ONE LAST TIME, HR has nothing to do with you getting pay increases or not. They follow what the CEO and board commands. HR sole purpose is to protect the company , not the employee.

Got my payslip last week. DXC’s new AI Payroll bot hallucinated my salary way down. Any prompt suggestions to hallucinate it back to my normal salary?

@x4 They did set a project to replace HR with AI. But they let all the people go who could do it. So some project manager just said it was done anyway. And they have remove all need for HR. Typical DXC mismanagement.

They have really shutdown, you just can get hold of anyone or for them to answer your query.

Wonder if they will be replaced with AI.

@g8+1kb2c2vd6 you are a total dhead folks are sick of your $hit.

You come on all the massages trying to defend the management making your own assumptions.

You dont even know what the HR tickets relate to, you have as normal assumed its pay.

Best if you stick your head in the sand and stop defending the undefendable.

Accept that DXC have a poor HR and something needs to be done about. Better for the mismagement to listen to what's going on the ground.

Oh God you people are so fu-king stupid, HR doesn't allocate funds for pay increases. The CEO and Board does that. Be mad at them not HR, as HR only purpose is to protect the company !

Just leave - By the time they work out you've left, raised the case, sat on it for 2 or 3 weeks, closed it, it's been submitted again and finally actioned. You'll have been gone for at least a month! Revenge quitting is the new thing - it sends a clear message, the salary is not good enough, you do not trust or respect the management, there is no career progression, the company is in disssary - prove us wrong by being more on the ball, and making real beneficial changes around here.

They ignore the employee connect case for 5 days and then close it due to lack of response on your part. SOP for DXC HR

Also remember people managers are expected to be 80% billable on real work, so they don't have time for your HR questions, you are expected to be self sufficient, i.e. you raise your own questions on Employee Connect.

The lights are ON. We just changed the bulbs to LED to save some money for the company.

When did they even work, that you are asking the question now? I don't even know who my HR is and I am 200% sure even my manager does not know it.

Speak to your manager, so that they can speak to the in country HR team to escalate your ticket.

No. The sit on enquiries for weeks, and then send you back to your manager. Who sent you to HR in the first place. You cannot get them to agree to anything. Your salary will continue at it's current rate until the company goes bust. HR no longer update anything.
