All indications suggest she will be appointed as the next CEO, what do you think of her?

She also has implemented policies in S&T that if you took a new role with a pay raise within the last year, then you are ineligible for an increase in March. And are ineligible to receive anything higher then a 3. Also if any employees have received a 4 rating for year end, she has to review and give final approval as if she is the president passing something form the senate or house. I don’t think someone who doesn’t know these employees or their work should have a say in whether their 4 rating is approved or not. If I could give her a negative rating I would lol
@10n new training shoved down out throat which is utterly cr-p.... Lmao... It includes her infamous podcasts.
Wtf is this north Korea???
So insecure that it is pushed .. back to whatever whatever.
I cannot understand a thing she says.
@10n she loves to mingling with rich and famous. Even her academy thesis was not worthy. Why is she not at big economics powerful financial company.
@109 well said!!! AK going from a lifelong academic to the consulting world does not make her fit to lead an in house transformation that carries her “vision” here. For consultants this works, as they have billed hours. But to act like this with salaried employees and expect them to bust their a55 for you… just doesn’t work
There is no engagement with S&T employees, no visibility, and frankly no traits she possesses that make her at least appear that she values and cares about her employees. If you cannot foster a culture where your employees will buy into a strategy and execute it together, then you have simply failed.
It’s time to show her the door, as CTSO, how transformational are you really? Stock price is fairly lateral over her 5 year tenure. Let alone the toxic (and braindead) LT that reports to her.
Anyways, she will unfortunately be cutting some S&T team members rather soon, when she should really be the one to go. I wish everyone best of luck and a happy holidays. Remember, life goes on and it gets better!!!
We should have G-yatri in the org to keep a check on Magesh and Dave.
I’ve yet to hear her say anything that motivates me or makes me think she cares about the people who work for her. I do hear her talk about wanting us to show that we care about her/her vision. But until that is reciprocated, she won’t gain loyalty from her minions. Being able to connect with the people who you depend on to execute your vision takes so much more than saying “do it because I said so.” When leaders learn this, companies will thrive.
Nahhh…. There is just no way. I feel like the rumor in my circle has always been Ram… Which I find interesting given he reports into Steven W.? Anyone have a clue there??
Yes, She’s the most eligible person to be a CEO.
Can never understand a word she says, she is the poster child for ESL.
@j2 she makes up for her incompetence with her dictatorship.
Ironic ... If she leaves she will be hired elsewhere like ceo.
PepsiCo has become slower, weaker and d-mber within last 5 years thanks to S&T.
@gp she would sell everything off and just keep brand name.
She will then ask Accenture for a strategy to make this happen and get the board to buy in.
Won't happen. She doesn't have experience with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay products. She would destroy both companies in the first 12 mos.
Being a despot with no vision makes her a great candidate for sure.
No credentials to be CEO.
Useless despot and no vision. Her loyalty is to Accenture and Indians
