@cf wasn't it like 20 or longer years when they did the big cut and like two years or longer go by and they had to hire back or back pay and it was a wash. I can't remember everything but verizon had to pay over a year salary if you didn't come back
They were sued in 2023 for doing something that was black and white in the union contract and had to rehire 2300 employees. Lawyers make mistake all the time.
You must think VZ lawyers have no idea what they are doing. This isn't their first rodeo.
