How will those of us that have been displaced (October) be remembered for incentive allocations that are happening now (finalized in January)? Will leaders just need to remember us that have been displaced or is there an organized process perhaps led by HR to advise managers so they don't forget us?? I was a top performer.

My boss put huge pressure on me to pretend d to take the relo and then lose all severance - including telling me I wouldn't get a bonus if I was just displaced. That was in October.
Lets just say my expectations are very low.
The bonus budgets are pathetic. I had a displaced who was eligible. I bonused them commensurate with their performance and proration. I consider it immoral to subsidize my current employees’ bonuses with the blood of the departed.
My last day was mid-November 2024 and I received a bonus check in 2025 for roughly the same amount as my 2024 bonus. I had minimal contact with my previous manager after my last day, mostly just friendly hellos so I could stay on their radar.
Our team was displaced last year and we got a prorated bonus (did not include the time in the 60 day non working notice). Honestly was surprised we got anything. Not sure if this would be the case if only a few people on the team got laid off and others were still there.
Do managers have to end up giving those of us displaced a yearend review so they can determine our bonus amount?
your mileage will vary but plenty of posts on this site from the last couple February's where people got their bonuses. you'll likely get something, but how much, who knows. insay go into it expecting nothing then we you get something you'll be pleasantly surprised
I was displaced in October of last year and received my full bonus (same as prior year) in February. People on this board are je-ks.
You may be technically eligible, but you'll get a nominal payout, if anything. Bonus budgets are flat and any manager will allocate the bulk of the dollars to their remaining staff. I wish it worked some other way, but that's reality.
there's no way your former manager can forget you since your name will still appear in the system. but they have zero incentive to give you bonus funds that could be allocated to other employees who haven't been displaced. best not to count on receiving much if anything.
