Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Which groups are getting quietly downsized?

No announced LR, but it seems like there are personnel that are getting cut across different groups and divisions this month. Does anyone one else notice the headcount reductions? If so, what groups, divisions, etc. are getting targeted?

Outshift folks are reaching out to other BUs.
Seems like a sign of things to come next few quarters.

@b0 I do know that inherited Splunk CX folks weren't impacted except for the VP. I hadn't heard anything about the existing Cisco CX team

@af you did not include yourself, the mentally disturbed, obsessed with the constant change.

Smaller more strategic cuts to poorly performing segments & people is what we've been asking for, literally for years....because it prevents the larger thoughtless, sweeping cuts later.

Plus, how else do you think Cisco can grow the bottom line faster than the top line, which the new CFO said publicly is the goal in the most recent earnings call? The only way to do that is to cut costs at a faster rate than revenue is growing, and labor is always the largest cost to an employer.

It’s the season. Due to the freezing winter temperatures, the men’s Cisco Naturist Society has seen the size of their members shrink dramatically.

On top of that the RTP keeps getting closed 19 times a year while the Zionist nut keeps screaming about H1Bs - heaven knows why. It’s a mad, mad, mad, mad world.

That is why we should pay heed to the wise words of advice: “ Change is the only constant” - C Patel, CTO, EMEA. BS in Chief, the doctor of style.
