One of Oracles major downfalls is when they outsourced to JLL. Oracle, DW thought it would be a great cost cutting measure , when I fact JLL is doubling the price of everything they do for Oracle. Our buildings are literally falling apart inside and out. Such a shame.. Peace and love all.. Try and enjoy the holidays all that matters is family..

@bn Anyone using JLL obviously doesn’t care about shareholder value or asset upkeep. JLL’s only goal is squeezing money out of Oracle while doing as little work as they can get away with. In fact that's goal while I'm babysitting JLL. And I couldn't give a s*** if they figure out who I am.
Anyone complaining about JLL must not care about shareholder value.
@bf JLL handles Projects, Facilities, Planning. Basically building operations. They have been onsite for over two years. Hence the reason our buildings are such a mess.
@OP Hi, do you mean like support engineers or whatever is moving to contractors doing
it? OUCH. and my GUESS he doesn't care, just somehow hold it together or whatever until magic AI makes it all right. :)
@b4 of course numbers matter, however JLL up charges everything, and states they have to because it’s “Not in the contract”. Appears that most everything is out of scope. The remaining Oracle team is babysitting JLL on a daily basis..

@OP It comes down to costs and numbers. Outsourcing is a WAY out to make profits but behind the curtains there is pain and much more. Humans are replaceable seniority does not matter. Numbers and costs matter a LOT
