It's my 1st full calendar year with bank. I wasn't eligble last year due to start date. My manager explained last year I would be. When I logged into my pay section. I didn't see anything regarding a bonus. THE ENTIRE SECTION WAS BLANK. Does this mean I didn't earn a bonus?

I saw something like Salary Plan didn’t give bonus % eligibility. However I just got the position last year and i screen and although they would not put it in writing i did take a quick snip it of what was on screen
If you're bonus eligible, and it sounds like you are, then you get the details on what it'll be in mid January along with your annual increase. The 2022 bonuses are paid out on Feb 3 2023.
