TMs be sure to destroy your SMs on their Peakon Surveys next month

TMs be sure to absolutely just blast your SM on the Peakon Survey. I know some of them are decent but it's about a lot more than that. You want to make CMs and VPs squirm. Put in the comments, be harsh and do not go easy. Answer everything with zeros and be as spiteful as you can. Understand the surveys are not about making changes, it's about how effective the propaganda is and it lets them judge how far they can pressure you before things explode. Do not assume good intentions, under no circumstances. That place is an evil toxic he-l hole!

When you trash your leader all it results in is an action plan to address your concerns. You know those meetings where the TM or SM asks for examples of how to improve or to talk about what is bothering everyone and all you can hear are crickets because no one is going to own up to the comments. I simply no longer answer any survey and if enough people refuse to answer, well they will get the point that we are tired of expressing the same thoughts month after month and nothing happens to address it. Why bother answering anymore if there is never an intention of doing anything other than giving it lip service.

Oh I destroyed them on the recent Voice and View. I was told by someone within the industry that they do filter out those "bad results" from the overall scores so you never get the true feedback or employee satisfaction score. They manipulate everything....like the Chinese government or any other centralized control or planning group.

The Peakon is like a poisonous snake under a rock for managers and leaders. They tell us that it's just a thermometer to help us understand where we need to focus and help our employees. But then when low scores come in it is used against us as a punishment and held over our heads at merit time. I would agree that if you want to get back at your leader, give low scores on this. But, you will need to get many others to do the same thing soo they are not able to dismiss one persons scores.

Once you retire with the full pension all this nonsense will have been worth it. Loving retired life. Keep those checks rolling in
