we are hearing rumors that employees are moving to a different location in january and there could be a layoff round in december and that butters construction and the boca development fell through and there might be a fire sale of the facility like 320 park last year. What have all of you heard ?

@k0 hey smith, what is your call ? Will Morriarity, "She Bangs" Shah, & many sales reps and underperforming SVPs and RVPs get the boot this time around ? How about that SVP of compensation who is hiding out doing nothing ? U know the one who stripped all our titles away.
@ct will the company avoid complying with the Warn Act again ? Seems like they play fast and loose when the rules when it doesn't benefit them. If I were Rich, I'd layoff 50% of the group account reps, 25% of the PARs, move 50% of IT overseas, get rid of call center and move it to Phillipines, can 10+ senior VPs, & disband the Board. While he's at it he can get rid of the crony hire who was just promoted to Ex Vp as he all talk, no work, no real experience running a company. Let alone a recordkeeper in crisis mode.
At this point, anyone in the company- Boca, NY, or anywhere else- who isn’t fully prepared to get laid off, is just plain stupid and/or delusional. The company’s M.O. is to blindside and eject you to avoid any sabotage. Just be prepared as best you can because it’s coming.
We can't expect transparent communication from the company. Those poor people that will be laid off won't find that out until the "day of". That's how they operate. Happy Holidays....here's your severance package. Class all the way...
