@ac that’s semi true. I think we lost the Credo some time back. Our management ( I refuse to use the word, leaders) started caring about other things than customers years ago. That drives behaviour..
personally I had no sleep last night with this stress, or for last 2 weeks… had a customer commitment today, I was there.
The underlying issue is the Verizon has never put customers first, hence major layoffs!
My favorite part of the Credo when I got hired was something like, "we view having a clean store window as more important than a corner office." That was removed probably 10 years ago. I guess someone really valued that corner office.
