Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Ben Mallen, Jeff DeCarlo. Mallen likes to create a fear based environment and everyone knows it’s a disaster working under a ruthless leader. DeCarlo doesn’t do anything to inspire employees or reach out to the average worker to see if they might have some ideas on improving the company.

I left Fiserv 2024, and have worked at a few places now. I would say FIG was the most-poorly run business unit I've ever worked for.

VPs and SVPs of FIG need an overhaul. RC, AD, they all were complicit in falsifying metrics in service and projects delays w/ JG. You cut the head of the snake but the body is still moving.

JG has already been fired, they just aren’t allowed to kick him out immediately.

Looks like WR might be in the chopping block if XD doesn’t pickup.

PD is the head of a new department, but it’s sort of up in the air where that goes.

KS seems like he needs to go, but the turnover in that space is constant so I’d be hesitant to add to that, but those teams are terrible.
