Are visas being renewed for foreign workers on temporary assignment in the US?

Training visas are fine and should be continued if they are done honestly. Hiring long term international people should not be supported because they take away jobs from Americans and lower wages. They can go back to their native country and work for wages there.

No. Visas, whether intercompany or prior H1Bs, will not be renewed or extended for any Oxy employees. Any sponsored employee will have to return to country of origin unless already have an application in the system for permanent resident status.
