I hear they are hiring in National CM again in December to support new business just like they do every year - but RIF for BH so members can wait longer for referrals - claims got RIF's so it will take longer to resolve member issues. The logic continues to amaze me - they always know they have new business months ago, hiring freeze on until December and support services were short to start with. Its like they never learn. I thought this year they might wake up but it seems from my ex co workers like its again the same old thing.
Some people on my team got laid off today.
Soon they will have to hire more people to keep the hungry RIF machine fed.
@hx Same here. I always scored high with members but the internal metrics were skewed against me. Especially with delivering encrypted files, the code sometimes wouldnt work and I have no control over that.

I heard a rumor last month that there were 500 more coming enterprise wide and it's the time of year that they usually do it as well. This has been going on for several years now!! I mean how bare bones do they want us to be???? This is getting ridiculous!!!!
As of today randomly got two written warnings at once for the first time ver due to things out of my control and it’s just the day after it was announced BW left the company….
I believe BW did leave on her own terms. She announced publicly that she will become the new CEO of a home health company,
