This place was silent before the layoffs and now it's full of unsubstantiated rumors. You folks are tone deaf and have analytical skills of a toddler. I'd say there is 99% chance company is done with layoffs. Even if they had plans for more layoffs in December, my guess is that they are scrambling to cancel them. The winds in DC have shifted. The entire country has shifted. They are in the damage control stage now. You don't layoff more people in the country on the verge of recession and in the midst of losing so many votes. You on the other hand give them some perks back which they have started doing.

GSE layoffs will have zero impact on election outcomes. More a question of whether pursuing an IPO is a futile effort given the Dems are likely to regain the House.
Given that Ackman has openly come out against the quick IPO, any other Wall St support for it has likely fizzled too. W/o IPO, need for layoffs drops dramatically.
Not done yet. But in my team, my manager is worst at all. Earlier she was lead .She is so biased type of and moved couple of team
Member to other team who she liked and who’s doing buttering to her. She just did this based on her personal bonding , no matter technical skills . She also assigned the work based on that only in the project to create dependency on just some folks. I was in the wrong team , I got to know later because I was new and took time to understand all this happening here .Joined this company in mid 2024 only. Based on my overall IT experience, this is worst at all and insane.
