Is there a hiring freeze right now? I applied for two roles and radio silence but I meet most if not all of the requirements and what I do is pretty specific, so I can’t imagine it just being that much competition.

Their HR or CEG team as it is now known, is seriously lacking in competence and effective leadership from the top. This does not surprise me.
@wz my app is still pending, and it looks like they’re trying to hire a manager and director for that team as a new team, so I am wondering if the SR associate role was put on hold until then, or after the holidays/new fiscal budget.
I think its also the location. They tend to hire in specific cities throughout the country. The expectation is to work in those offices throughout the week. I've applied to jobs that were similar to my experience and never got contacted. The funny thing is even if they reject you they don't notify you by email. You'd have to login to their recruiting platform to see your application denied.
