The Wolff should definitely get the ax, worthless as the day is long. Bloated POS.
@4jew all true. However Feds love it. 4 other large banks are now looking into the WF RCSA as a model. Whether here or there I have 10 years until retirement and I may be able to ride it out!
RCSA here - no chance they are laying anyone off when every single project is off track with a massive amount of resources thrown at it. We need all the people we can get to add non-value added discussion to the ridiculous amount of risks we have now. Most our business doesn't even actually control. Plus we need to talk about these ridiculous risks over and over and over for weeks. Every single word has to have input from PWC, IRM, IT&V and their moms and dads.
It's beyond painful and d-mb that the WF is spending this kind of money to word smith all these risks and taking our business partners away from their actual day jobs.
@1kio. Too many people email in internet speak instead of coherent sentences.
rcsa has been cancelled
No.
@1gyr+1kac95Pt Do you work here? Half the people I work with can’t string a sentence together. OP strikes me as totally working here.
We need the RCsA people to keep making record players.
Pretty obvious OP doesn’t work here, phrasing doesn’t even make sense.
Don't they have attrition problems? I heard they actually gave out retention bonuses for them. I doubt they're laying anyone off
Give me a break pal
