They hited ppl 2 months before just to fire them now….
Very sad. These were very talented folks, very warm and great communicators. Seems like a huge loss to the company to me.
@b3 Ultipro itself has been decommissioned. No chance to find PTO in a non existing app. Good try about bad mouthing Indians.
Not surprised. Terrible tech, ugly UI design. For example, you will never know how to find “PTO” option in Ultipro although there’s a “PTO” shown over there but it’s not. IT integration is delayed and delayed due to hire cheap and bad indians. Overused licenses but lied to Microsoft and Oracle. Moving to GCP is delayed due to several reasons, but those can be done if C-level knows about technology.
