Thread regarding USAA layoffs

@19h

I think I know who you’re referring to in AML, I had a manager who was micromanaging yet when we asked her questions on a review she had no idea what the processes were! Zero! Yet she bragged about living in New York for years and running her own AML company, but constantly gave us wrong information. We had to hear her say that things in AML were done way differently outside of USAA every single huddle!! There were times I wanted to yell out, THEN LEAVE USAA!!! 🙄 I moved departments so i haven’t bothered to check if she’s still there, I don’t even want to see her face again, she triggers me!!
I’ll save what I want to say about the director DG in another post! Terrible person!!

I can tell you who are the worst!
AML leaders, from the director to the incompetent managers!

I would put the name of my manager and director on here, but that would delineate who I am and the department I work in. I do work in the bank, so I'm not sure if that helps any in the general area that I do work with is consumer lending. I haven't been there too terribly long but the managers I've had interactions with directors have been awesome. I know that it's not what it used to be, which is a shame, but I'm glad at least I got good leadership while I'm here.
