CWA 3176 was a joke years ago. They gave up benefits over Work Rules in the Ocala Area. Only one stood up. The rest fell for it. Good luck with that so called Union saving anyone in Ocala. It’s done.

If you work in an area that was taken over by the new company....did not go to the new company...good chance you will be get a vspp (voluntary) or ispp (involuntary) in 2026.
Don’t know of any specific ocala layoffs. Internally was told there are layoffs before thanksgiving planed. Not sure how widespread. Always terrible timing before holidays.
