Inside sales folks are vulnerable. Much like operators no longer needed to handle collect calls or connect 2 parties. Ask a toll taker if technology improvements cause automation and reduce head count
I heard the inside sales centers were being divested to 3rd party
In today’s day and age nobody wants to deal with salespeople, from business owners to consumer everyone just wants to buy things online and not be bothered. Time to find a new line of work the world is a’changing
