I know one thing in my department we have 1700 calls in queue everyday in fios. We get a lot of 5g calls. I know it’s about to get really ridiculous now. I wonder if hours will change when frontier rolls around.

Sounds like you get alot of international people just throwing everything at you all. They were doing that for awhile until PACT LNP T2 started to tell those other departments that they had to do their job and gave them an ost.
