Band 6 management here going through this before with one of my team late last year. HR recommendation was to put this early in the morning of the day when this will happened like 30 mins before it.
When I look at the leader calendars on the 20th, they have a couple blocks of time, not 15 min meetings.
Also, it looks like head of HR is OOO on 19-21 🤔

@a3 I block out times on my calendar to call people. This way no one puts me into meetings at those times. These could be calls to people. Could also be coffee breaks though.
