It was in the news last week that 3 of the 8 (who are not great) former WF executives that were fined by OCC in 2020 got reprimanded by an OCC administrative judge who recommend that they pay their fines (like the others already did). For some, accountability is a tough pill to swallow and that is a key reason for the sale practices scandal because nobody had an accountability for it until sh-t hit the fan on it in summer and fall of 2016.
How come none of the last 3 CEOs ever apologized to current and former WF employees for all these embarrassing scandals that were not just an embarrassment to WF, but to everyone who works there?! I thought as a CEO you were supposed to be a leader, compassionate, relational, thoughtful and accountable for how your actions (or inactions) impact your people. It's too bad none of them had the pair of oranges to apologize to the employees that have a sh-t stain on their resume because of even being associated with the company that had this nonsense going on. The fines were not enough, there are some people that should be in the federal penitentiary for it.
