The HR message was weak at best. It speaks of transparency but fails to mention the 2025 commits. Nice pivot to 2026 there.
I'm sure she is worthy of some HR reward if the criteria is minimize employee pay and retain all $ for executives.
They will use this announcement to shut down any questions on pay raise and review in Slido on all the town halls - book it.
