Risk of Delisting

Do stock holders lose everything if they are forced to delist?
What about shorting the stock, what happens?

If it is delisted to the OTC Pink Sheet market, it gets settled on that market. IF they go CH7 or 11, it goes to 0 and you get it all

You shouldn’t even be a stockholder at this point…
You May lose some or all of your principle investment. There is no guarantee of future returns.

Throw your money over the side of a quarry, and get more bang for the buck.

They will reverse split. That is why they did it a couple of years ago. It's not a 2.75 stock, it's a .72 cent stock that went reverse 4/1 split a few years ago.
