Jamie Dimon at JPM gave a talk where he said he wants people to bring their worst to meetings: honesty, devil’s advocate, pushing ideas in and out.
It is a reminder of how bad it is at Target. You cannot get promoted unless: Only One Target, Best Team in Retail, Authentic Self First.
No organization with this much groupthink can turn around.
