Has anyone found a way to get them without paying 1k? We got talking points this morning on how to address customer inquiries around it but I don’t think we have to worry about too many people reading it at that kind of price, my goodness.

Part 1 was posted on Teamworks under "In the Press", believe Corporate section. I checked back today and unsurprisingly, no part 2...
Our talking points are basically
This was the result of a bad incentive system
Our behavior was inexcusable
The executives we had didn’t do enough to stop it
We have new executives now
Charlie was hired in 2019 and is now taking this company in a new direction
We are strengthening risk as our main focus and making progress.
That’s it in a nutshell
Surely someone on here has access to American Banker and can share the first article with us.
Also I would be interested in hearing the bank’s “talking points”, if you can share.
Why no transparency in giving all of the company these talking points? What if we have family that makes comments? Like we do, especially as of late.
Most of the story has been told before like when in 2004 senior execs were given a detailed report on the sales scandal and had a chance to n-p it right then. American Banker is running a 5 part series recapping Michael Bacon's book I believe. Mr. Bacon was the head of security back in the day. Nothing new here but a unique perspective from someone fired for bringing the topic up too much.
I believe he's the guy that ran streaking across the stage at the last CEO Town Hall. He was shouting "No clothes! No RTO! No clothes! No RTO!"
Not yet, Twitter has slightly more detail.
You mean Kevin Bacon
and who is he?
