I heard up to June for Ops.
I would suggest going to a different company.
Until April at least
Feb month is the key. After Feb, many people leave the company after receiving bonus and it aligns with Quarter end.
More people have to leave so they can recruit new kids and pay them $$$
They usually have a freeze for the 1st quarter
I was told minimum thru first quarter. Might even be longer depending on how many people leave on there own. The goal is to lower head count without having to pay severance.
