I live in the real world, and I am motivated by my pay. No pay raises year after year means I am not motivated to take on any extra work. Unfortunately, the lady at the bank doesn't care how great the culture is at DXC when I can't pay my bills. DXC Leadership Team needs to give their fcking heads a shake and WAKE UP.
Keep sending the work to India, we all know how well that is turning out.
Do the stupid conduct "training" with speaker off.

Yes, what I'm allowed to do, but only because I was TUPE-ed in DXC and still believe in what the client does.
Love my current work as I left DXC is December 2022
