Stupid Pat ki-led meritocracy to save coasters

He doesn’t have guts to fire coasters or middle managers to reward working high performers.

OP, let me guess, you view yourself as a high performer... what do your peers think?

Meritocracy was ki-led by BK when he earmarked $300 million for diversity and inclusion. Ever since then millions of dollars have been wasted on promoting worthless URM "engineers" to PE and above. But don't worry - they will save the day and pull us out of the tailspin we are in - they have all the skills and expertise to pull it off.

Yup. Get rid of all the cr-p managers that stop any forward progress.

Same feeling here, I felt my hard work and good performance ratings the past few insights cycles have been a waste. Time to start looking for companies that actually value meritocracy.

It’s cute you think meritocracy was ever true.
