Meritocracy was ki-led by BK when he earmarked $300 million for diversity and inclusion. Ever since then millions of dollars have been wasted on promoting worthless URM "engineers" to PE and above. But don't worry - they will save the day and pull us out of the tailspin we are in - they have all the skills and expertise to pull it off.
Yup. Get rid of all the cr-p managers that stop any forward progress.
A cowardly move
Same feeling here, I felt my hard work and good performance ratings the past few insights cycles have been a waste. Time to start looking for companies that actually value meritocracy.
