Companies are not responsible for cost-of-living increases, just market/labor pricing increases. That would be your elected officials that directly impact inflation via flawed policies. Get out and vote!

Based on current labor pricing, 2.5% sounds about right. Standard increase based on your TSR. Those that are low, get a little Eetra, those that are little high, get a little less.
