Dallas is still N2
This is extreme cap.
Hate to tell y’all but the increase in pay bands is so they can offer college hires a higher starting pay. The rest of us will stay in the 80-100 percent range or be brought up to 80%.
17%. Look at God
The new TSR's aren't published in career intelligence yet. Many titles within TCP are getting an increase in TSR range. Some titles are being updated and expanded as well. BS if you ask me. Also looks like all area manager and director titles across the enterprise (regardless of discipline) got an increase as well. Just go check careerpath out on HRONESTOP and search available jobs. All of the new job postings since the first of the year are reflecting the new TSR. If you see your title posted in a vacancy now and the TSR matches what you already have, then you got skrewed out of a TSR increase. If you see an increased TSR compared to what you have in the same title, then congratulations, you pretty much got an arbitrary raise for 2023 that should reflect on your YTR compensation statement.
eLink employee report shows current TSRs, not future ones.
What titles are increasing? Mine hasn't changed yet.
I don’t see this information.
12 percent? Bro if I get this I may faint
Dang only 12% this year…..
I'm looking at a 21% increase! I feel like I hit the lottery. This increase along with my bonus will send me to TSOF for vaca. I love this place!
Dallas is N2, like Atlanta. The only N3 in Texas is in and around Houston. I feel like there's got to be a story there.
I'm in the money, I'm in the money.
nearly a 17% increase - looking forward to a nice raise this year.
Had to check, yep every site I visited Atlanta is 5-12% higher cost of living than Dallas. Why is Atlanta an N2 and Dallas an N3?
I could see mine. Didn’t look like it changed though. I’m over midpoint anyways. Probably 1-2% increase this year at best. Just keep falling further and further behind. They also have me in an N2 market, Dallas is an N3. I can tell you, Atlanta is A LOT more expensive than Dallas.
Edit- my reply got truncated somehow…
Click the report from the main Employee Services tab , not the personal information tab.
It’s there - but click ‘view eLink Employee Report’ from the main window of eLink
"Employee services, personal information, view employee report"
not seeing anything there
Does it matter ? Most won’t be around long enough to enjoy them…
Employee services, personal information, view employee report (I think).
Yeah I could t find them either
Where in eLink?
