when is the next sams share?

Any clubs have great sales and great profits but get robbed on mx voices ? Seems company has loop holes to keep associates from getting there full share and the 1% get the bigger piece of the 🥧 SMH .
Samshare is broken down by quarter now, so they don't affect each other anymore. We got smaller ones though the year, scheduled to get a good one for the 4th quarter. Good luck everyone, put it to good use!!
Our 4th Quarter SamShare will be on our March 16th paycheck.
End of fiscal year and 4th quarter ends 1/31. Sam’s share calculated, if anyone qualifies will probably be 1st paycheck in March. But don’t count on anything because we did amazing every quarter and couldn’t pull it out the 4th quarter and we are not getting Sam’s share for 4th quarter. They had the incentive tracker on the wire briefly about two weeks ago so you could see what you were tracking but I don’t think it’s still up. Good luck! Hope y’all get something.
