Does anyone have any feedback on aml operations under Patricia clement? I am considering taking up a band 4 role and would like to know what the culture is like. TIA

The second response seems to be from one of Patty's directs themselves in a self congratulatory mode. How old is the new team to have completely revamped the processes just by their management style?

Group’s not a mess any longer. Patty has done a helluva job getting a solid management team in place, processes running efficiently and focus on performance metrics. She’s a bad-azz - not cuddly, but that’s not why she was brought in. She’s there to drive excellence and she does it hard - the org isn’t for wusses.
that group is a mess and a half, no idea about Patty or her directs but the previous generation of the group really f**ed up the roll out of the replacement KYC system and both Banking and Markets divisions are suffering from it. they are in pure survival mode, no innovation, strategy, or plan to actually improve anything for the businesses that process is aligned to. India offshoring has made it all a black ho-e of support.
