Seriously cr*p bonus $ (down 25%) ….. considering all the issues we’ve had and continue to deal with the last year. Anyone else quiet quitting, bare minimum, here I come.

This comment sounds like me but I don’t remember writing it.
Trying to figure out if I was drinking and posting.
😂😂😆
Its why I left. As a top rated employee (or so i was told) in that LOB for many years (and a longtime employee), the bonus went down YOY. Annual increases barely existed, if at all. I predicted this would happen and am worth more than an annual decrease in pay.
Signed,
A very happy former employee

What geography and type of role are you in?
if you're an investment banker or trader, not so good.

I was thanked for my extra effort and told I was ranked near the top of our pool. I got no raise, and my bonus is down 15% from last year. If that is what all that effort gets me as recognition and reward compared to my peers who need constant direction and never do more, then they have succeeded in ki-ling any motivation for me to continue trying this year.
F**k this place.
Just had bonus convo. Significantly lower than any year since the 2008 recession (down 33% from my average.). So much for “success that is shared”. After a crazy year with an enormous workload, it’s a total slap to the face. I’d expect at least flat or, as in other “challenging” years, 10% less or so. Factor in inflation, and I took a major pay cut. Ridiculous.
