I see alot of people complaining about low raises or bonuses. Remember the bank does not care about you. Don't go the extra mile for it and have low expectations, if you aren't getting paid well then move on. All the double speak your managers constantly use such as "responsible growth", "pay for performance" etc are just cheap words used to placate the naive. Be better then that, work smarter, not harder and do just enough to meet expectations. Good luck

1M%. BM doesn’t even reside in the same state as headquarters. His private jet doesn’t land in CLT so that he is in office even 3 days/week. Match the energy of the cr-p bonuses.
