When it comes to severance pay. If you choose No and got layoff will you still get the same package to those who choose Yes?

That is correct. Doesn’t matter if you say yes or no, you will still receive the exact same severance package. You will also be eligible for unemployment benefits whether you answer yes or no. This time they are calling it “Interested in Leaving” instead of a Voluntary Offer. That’s what makes the difference, and why you would still be eligible for unemployment benefits. A yes answer means You are expressing interest to INVOLUNTARILY leave.
Majority of the people that post here must not work here because of their d-mb a$$ questions.
The severance policy is the severance policy. Doesn't change if volunteer or non volunteer.
