It is now listed in Amplify. It shows 103% for me.
I looked at old emails and bonuses were announced on 1/28/22, 1/29/21, 1/31/20, 2/1/19, 2/2/18, 1/29/16, 1/30/15 - all Fridays, always in the late afternoon. (I can’t find 2016.) All Fridays, and far as I can tell the Friday after earnings were announced. It would be awfully strange if they don’t come out today.
All of these folks posting numbers are full of sh-t. It will be made known in about 2 weeks, like it is every year. I can’t imagine it’s anywhere near 100.
As a company, we did better this year than last year. So the bonus should be greater than the 142% of last year.
Idk. I feel like Stankey is really trying to get on the good side of the employees. At least in public. Maybe we’ll get something decent this year, but I’d expect maybe 80ish or so.
If you go to Hr One Stop and search for resources for employee leaving, it has a section about bonus payouts. If you click that link (it takes you to management compensation plan) it will give you a detailed chart of who is eligible for the bonus. What we saw was that if you were on active payroll 12/31 of the performance year, and then surpluses/retire, you still get the full year bonus. You should go confirm that applies to you but generally yes you still get the bonus.
2022 bonus payout = 117%
This is not for public cunsumption. I was provided this information specified as top secret. All I can say is someone in HR passed this on to me. (My wife)
yes, you receive your bonus after being surplussed
employee number down to 161,000 end of 4th quarter from 169,000 end of third quarter on earnings report
Merit raise this year on GM hub site talking points says 4% across the board,

2022 Bonus will be paid out at 88% for all
“2022 Bonus payout = 117%” @blz+1kRvFlDq
Where did you find that info? I don’t see anything in Amplify.
2022 Bonus payout = 117%
my experience from past Q1 surplus actions is that you get the bonus from previous year. If you get any prorated bonus NEXT year for the time you end up employed in 2023 I don't know. I think so. But not sure.
Volunteered and gone in June. I received a prorated bonus in April next year. Left in 2019, no guarantee this policy is still in effect.
my manager told me we do get the bonus because we were on payroll all of 2022, they will announce end of day Friday what % it is, I am hearing it will be around 85%
