Anyone know if any managers in these levels have been targeted for surplus but their business units are not being shut down? I am aware of 3 good workers being notified this month. These employees are paying the price for bad management practices. The company should make closer inspection of those chains of management. Better management brings about improved efficiency. Target the culprits and retain the assets of value.

1Q23 mostly ICs. L2-L4 reorg based on the holes left behind for span of control and program alignments to take place by end of 1H23. ICs again EOY 2023. Back to basics and slowing growth.
O Chit. There goes the daily golf roundup games. This will affect the golf courses when
the 2nd levels & above are no longer teeing up for the daily rounds. Then the drink concessions will go out of business, followed by the restaurants being fueled by the 1st & 2nd level managers kissing up to become 3rd level by buying lunch, followed up by clothing bs, gas stations not selling gas to the drivers - and the list goes on.
plenty of management level folks are on the impact lists while their business unit is not being shut down.
Only level 2 management individual contributors for this round. Once enough level 2 worker bees have been cut, starts the L3-L5 span and control reviews.
