Reducing the VP org by 10% doesnt mean your group will be hit. It could be 0% while a neighboring group could be 20%. 10% is the VP metric handed from executive leadership however you make the minions pay you give 10%

Well, it is worth noting that during various year end town halls it was mentioned many times the surplus was going to be in the x% range (I recall 8%+), but subject to change based on how many left in their own in 4Q2022.

Well, the 3Q2022 financial statement states there were 169,880 employees (that would be end of Sep). As of 1/11 we had about 157,476 employees. My math shows we lost just shy of 8%.

Today I am reading folks being told they are looking for 8% in some groups, 10% in others. Just like was mentioned before, the comment about adjusting the number based on how many left on their own (in 2022) seems to have been BS.
